Switchfoot "Fading West" To Premier at Bro-Am 2013 (VIDEO)

Switchfoot has resurfaced after a little time under wraps. They announced their 9^th studio album and companion documentary Fading West back in January. With John Foreman working with Nickel Creek front man Sean Watkins on an increasingly popular side project, Fiction Family, many Switchfoot fans worry Fading West might be the band's last project together.

Searching the web I've noticed a lot of fans sharing a few concerns in common.

1. Is Fading West an album as well? I know its also a documentary, but wasn't sure if it would include a full record of songs.

2. Do we have ANY idea when it will be out? Vice Versus was clearly announced in April, but still no word on Fading West.

3. Do you think it could be their LAST album? Could "Fading West" be interpreted as the band's return home, after traveling the world? In their 30s, with kids, could the band be getting tired?

1. Yes, Fading West will be both a full album and documentary. Track listing has not been announced.

2. Bro-Am 2013 (Saturday June 16^th, 2012) will host the premiere of Switchfoot's Fading West.

3. Though you can never for certain, the band has maintained in interview that Fading West will not be the last Switchfoot record.
