Jeremy Camp offered this piece of scripture on his Facebook to help fans understand the meaning behind "Reckless".

"As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in Him." Psalm 18:30

He doesn't want fans to get the wrong idea, "Reckless" isn't about riding motorcycles without a helmet, or eating three cheeseburgers at a time. It's about knowing God is perfect, and as a Christian we should commit our hearts and minds entirely to Him, instead of feeling vulnerable surrender, we should feel recklessly protected by his Love.
