Francesca Battistelli first 'Christmas' Album to Release October 16

The first Christmas album by Francesca Battistelli is titled Christmas and will release October 16, 2012, on Fervent Records. The 11- track Christmas album is produced by Ian Eskelin.

Battistelli says with excitement, "I am beyond excited about this Christmas album. My producer, Ian Eskelin, did an incredible job bringing my vision for these songs to life, and I can't wait for everyone to hear them! Christmas is my favorite time of year, and I hope that this album is one people want to listen to year after year."

Battistelli's Christmas will offer traditional songs such as "What Child Is This? (First Noel Prelude)," "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," "Joy To The World," "Marshmallow World," "The Christmas Song," "Go Tell It On The Mountain," and "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel."

Christmas project will also contain new songs co-written by Battistelli such as "Christmas Is," "Christmas Dreams," "Heaven Everywhere," and "You're Here."

Until the release of Christmas album, Francesca Battistelli will be on her 'Hundred More Years Tour,' starting September 20th.
