Flyleaf [Update] Co-Headlining Tour with Drowning Pool This February and March

Flyleaf and Drowning Pools are scheduled for 21-date co-headlining tour for early spring, February and March. Both bands are putting new singers to the test.

Flyleaf recently replaced Lacey Sturm with Kristen May to the group. May's former group Vedera broke up in 2011. Drowning Pool recently added Jason Moreno as their new frontman. Flyleaf is promoting "New Horizons" album while Drowning Pool is touring a currently untitled disc but pushing mega-single, "Saturday Night."

Flyleaf guitarist Sameer Bhattacharya describe newcomer May's voice as "powerful and inspiring." After playing their first show only a short few weeks ago, Kristen May and Co. couldn't be happier and more optimistic for future dates.

"Oh man, tonight was my first show with Flyleaf and it was AWESOME!!!! Playing with those guys is exhilarating and wonderful," the excited new vocalist

Drowning pool is "excited as hell to get back on the road" and rock with Texas natives Flyleaf and their "amazing new tunes," says Drowning Pool guitarist CJ Pierce.
