Colton Dixon takes to Facebook to Endorse Angela Miller's American Idol Performance

Well America, there is a new favorite on American Idol and her name is Angela Miller. She has even adopted the shorter "Angie" nickname as of late. Last night on American Idol, Miller went back to her stripped down vibe of piano and vocal with her breathtaking performance of fellow American Idol alum Colton Dixon's song, "Never Gone".
Some questioned, including the judges, if she could ever top her piano performance of her original song a few weeks ago. That is the beauty and curse of having a transcending performance. It's hard to live up to that standard week after week. Miller had a solid performance in the week prior but it wasn't at the level we're accustomed to seeing from her. Miller knew last night's performance had to be special to get her back as a favorite and she delivered beautifully.

Dixon, even responded to Miller's performance of his song last night. He went straight to twitter/facebook and posted a picture of him pointing to Miller on a television screen and posted "@angieai12 Angela miller just killed my original song "never gone" on American idol tonight. She has my vote." Dixon fans quickly flooded his news feed with glowing reactions to his post and to Miller's performance.
With Dixon being an American Idol fan favorite himself, performing one of his songs stunningly and getting his stamp of approval will only sky rocket her chances of winning American Idol. Angela Miller has regained her status as a favorite to win Idol and now has Dixon's fans cheering and voting her into the finals as well.
