City of Peace to Release 'iStand with Israel', August 7, 2012

City of Peace Media presents a fresh worship album titled iStand with Israel. The album will drop August 7, 2012.

The 12-song multi-artist project features artists such as Dove Award nominated John Waller, well known for the song "As for Me and my House", Dove Award nominee and winner of Covenant Award Sean Spicer, Tilly Cryar, Jordan Elias, and worship leader Ted Pearce.

The project also features worship artists from Israel including Shani Ferguson, Marc Chopinsky, and Karen Davis. The album also includes music from House of Peace, the new modern worship band set to debut in 2013, produced by Ed Cash.

Worship artists from The United States of America and worship artists from Israel united to create the project with the purpose to share God's heart for Israel in this era.

iStand with Israel was designed for all Christians as a reminder to pray for Israel and for peace in Jerusalem.

The project aims to follow examples from the scriptures where believers unite in praise and worship and thus are able to overcome many challenging situations, and participate on the work of God. For example, when Paul and Silas united in praise while imprisoned, the miraculous deliverance occurred.

"But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were loosed." (Acts 16:25, 26)

With the release of iStand with Israel, City of Peace hopes to deliver the project of worship that would serve as a universal language that unites any race, and any denomination.
