Sounds of Victory & Earl Bynum Ministries with Independent Gospel Artists Alliance will present 3^rd Annual Conference from July 19, 2012, till July 21, 2012, at The Mount, Chesapeake, VA. The goal of the conference is to educate, motivate and inspire independent gospel artists. 2012 conference will feature courses, showcases, and 2^nd Annual Gospel Blue M.I.C. Achievement Awards.
