Andy Mineo Collaborates w/ Lecrae on Debut Album, "Heroes for Sale"

Andy Mineo fans should be really excited. The latest artist from Reach Records out of Atlanta is scheduled to release his debut album Heroes for Sale on April 16, 2013. Mineo is known for combining hip-hop, heavy metal, hymnal and classical influences together while staying true to a personal, self-conscious hip-hop foundation. Fans of Mineo are attracted to his genuine, authentic approach to lyrics. Fans know when they hear Mineo and Heroes for Sale there are getting a revealing, candid view into the stripped back layers of Mineo himself.

Heroes for Sale was not lacking on content. The 18-track collaboration with Grammy Award winner and future legendary Christian hip-hop artist Lecrae is full of strong messages and catchy beats. 

Tedashii, Trip Lee, Christon Gray and Dove Award and Grammy Award nominee Flame also helped out on the project.

The first song off Heroes for Sale is the classic hymn, "I Will Rise and Go To Jesus" which really sets up the message for the remaining 17 tracks.

"We make heroes out of a lot of things. We make heroes out of people. We believe ourselves to be greater than we really are. We make ourselves look like heroes to other people. What I really wanted to do is show the brokenness of the heroes that we create and the heroes that we try to be in order to show that there is ultimately only one great hero," says Mineo of the message behind Heroes for Sale.
