American Idol's Colton Dixon finally revealed an album cover for his upcoming debut project 'A Messenger' as well as the release date.

Colton Dixon placed 7^th on the 11^th season of American Idol. In September Dixon announced that he signed a deal with Sparrow Records. So far, two Dixon's singles were released, "Never Gone," and "You are."

The title of the full length debut album A Messenger was announced a few weeks ago and fans were eagerly waiting for the album cover to be revealed and the release date to be announced.

Last week Colton Dixon presented the cover for A Messenger, and the date when his fans will be able to purchase it in the stores. A Messenger is set to drop January 29, 2013. The album is available now for preorders.

Spring 2013, Dixon will join Third Day, and Josh Wilson on 'The Miracle Tour.'
