Earnest Pugh shared today via his twitter that he served 15 years of Active Duty in the United States Army. Many of his fans didn’t know about that and were surprised. Pugh also shared that his passion is to go to Military Installations to empower and encourage military families.
Pugh tweeted, “Did You Know I did 15 Years of Active Duty in the United States Army & my passion is going into Military Installations to Empower, Encourage and Edify Military Families? Come Join Me!!”
Through his Twitter account, Pugh wishes everyone a great Memorial Day, which will be celebrated across the nations this coming Monday, May 27, 2012.
Earnest Pugh will be at the 2012 Joint Base San Antonio Gospel Music Workshop. All the Military/Civilian will have free admission. The workshop starts June 12 2012, and will continue until June 15, 2012. The workshops will run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm. The concert will start at 7pm on Friday.
The 2012 Joint Base San Antonio Gospel Music Workshop will be held at Freedom Chapel, 2200 Truemper Ave, Bldg 1528, Lackland AFB, TX 78236.
Earnest Pugh gained popularity after releasing his great hit single “Rain on us”, which became a number 1 Gospel song. In Gospel music world, Pugh was included among such artists as Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurkin, or Smokie Norful.
