A new inspirational CD, Madelyn, will drop on February 27, 2011 and will be available for purchase that evening. The project's theme centers around inspiring, encouraging and uplifting people from all walks of life. She's written songs for the new album and her songwriting has shifted to another level. Madelyn's new single from the project, ''Every Little Thing'', is a hip-hop flavored, groove-laden cut about holding on and not letting go of God. Madelyn Berry, a Fairfield, Alabama, native practically grew up between church pews. Singing in the church since a youth, her passion for gospel music was awakened when she saw Shirley Caesar live in concert. A preacher and a singer, Berry's goal is to minister and encourage through her music. She released her debut project, A Voice To Inspire, in 2005 and her sophomore CD, You Deserve All Praise in 2010.
