Soul Pop Artist Jimmy Needham has been ordained as a pastor at Stonegate Church in Midlothian, Texas on the evening of May 21, 2012. Together with his friend Kevin Jones, the two humbly answered the great calling of God to become ministers for the Gospel ministry.
Needham made the announcement to his Facebook and Twitter followers along with a photo.
Fans are very proud of Needham and have responded with great support and encouragement.
"This is a blessing, I'm so happy for you... :).... some day I would love to live the way you do... you inspire me to do everything perfect for our LORD!!!!!," writes Roberto Enrique, a fan on Needham's Facebook page.
Julie Hughes wrote, "Awesome Stuff jimmy. I listen to u nearly every day & each time I hear something a new way & I am challenged or renewed a true pastor you are, and humility is a great gift that u also have :)"
The Facebook announcement photo received nearly 1000 likes and over 50 comments in less than 24 hours.
