Southern Signal Records signs and presents the highly anticipated new Christian rock band, Kainos. Their sound is similar to that of Concrete Blonde and Stone Temple Pilots. Ben and Hannah Stacy met in Tennessee and have joined together in service to Christ in life and in music.
The duo's debut CD, Alive, is described to be an aggressive collection of songs that causes others to "think about their own beliefs and get to the core."
De La Garza shares, "From their incredible songwriting to their great performances, we at Southern Signal Records believe the message and the music of Kainos will impact youth around the world in a very positive way for many years to come. The lyrics of Kainos will cause you to think. The music of Kainos will cause you to feel. The performance of Kainos will create a long lasting memory in your minds and hearts. Southern Signal Records is proud to present Kainos to the world."
Alive is set to be released in stores April 26th through Southern Signal Records, EMI EMM and EMI CMG Distribution. "Selfish Me," the first single will be aired on Rock radio this month. Upcoming plans include joining with Food for Hungry's 'Will Play For Food Tour' this spring and performing along with other Christian artists such as Fusebox, Jonah33, Downhere, and Grand Prize in support of the release.
